Holy Yoga Classes are held on Mondays from 5:00-6:15pm.

Holy Yoga is the intentional practice of connecting our entire being, body, mind and spirit with God: the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. With complete reliance on God’s Word and prayer, Holy Yoga invites us to surrender and introduce Grace. When we breathe and move and have our being in Christ, we find ourselves in the flow of His magnificence.

We see in our modern time that every faith, from Hinduism to Judaism, uses the discipline of prayer, meditation, fasting and worship. So the discipline of yoga is simply a tool used to draw one closer to their faith, we can deduce that yoga, like every other spiritual discipline, is less about the modality of the discipline and more about the intent and focus of the discipline. In Holy Yoga it is Christ.

“In Him we live, and move [and breathe] and have our being.” Acts 17:28

The class is taught by Rosemary Farrar. This class will be a vinyasa flow class that will consist of a steady dynamic flow of yoga postures linked with breath work in a continuous movement. All levels welcome as modification poses will be given to beginners.

Donations are kindly requested.
